The website images show authentic merchandise. The merchandise you actually receive is counterfeit and very low quality and while it attempts to imitate the authentic merchandise, it is not - the details are very different, from stitching to drawstring made out of different material, to cheap product fabric, embroidery details missing, colors are off, zippers missing, etc. When I asked to return the merchandise I was told it cannot be returned because their policy does not allow returns of "sale" merchandise. Well, every single item on their website is "on sale" at all times, so the return policy posted is basically just fake because that is a loop hole that allows them to get out of refunding anyone.
