Ordered a dog harness Mar 20, 2020/ inquired about order when it didn't show up by April 16. Got a lame excuse, tracking number said it was being processed in Shanghai, got same answer on 6 occasions. Synaxy refused to refund money

Ordered a monogram dog harness never received it after several emails 2 months ago. They answered the first email I sent & after tracking it was coming from China
