i had made a purchase through this company and tried to contact them regarding returning the items and till this day i have had no response. It has been 3 months. I went to the website to look for a phone number and they do not list one. you can only contact them via email, which they will never respond to.

My order number was 6554

I purchased from this company Syrokan and I wanted to return the item I purchased when I looked them up they’re based out of the United Kingdom and the only way to contact them is through email and I have emailed them three times with no response in this last month. The return address on the package though says out of Kentucky, a Chinese name out of Kentucky so I’m trying to figure out how to return my product and the only thing I can figure out is it’s a scam since nobody can return my email and there’s absolutely no phone number to contact them . I’m including screenshots of all information
