I ordered Judy Blue jeans.

Before I ordered, i reviewed the return policy-it said you could return within 7 days of receipt, hassle free.

I ordered with that in mind. They shipped crap quality that is slightly different than what you order, and when you try to return, they say they sent the right product and they will give you a $10 refund.

Now, they say the order is correct and returns not accepted.

PayPal has been ZERO help and such a disappointment.

They are telling PayPal if I send back to China they wi) refund in full.

I purchased a product and never received it. I only received a bag with a card in it and no product.

I ordered some pants and I did not receive the pants that was advertised. When I tried to contact the company they just keep giving me the run around and not allowing me to actually talk to anyone. They will not respond to any of my emails. And there is no phone number for me to call
