I went to this location in June of 2023 and signed up for a wine membership. In August I was charged $174 and by October had not received any product. I then emailed asking them to cancel my membership and I had not received anything even though I had been charged. I sent a second email prior to finally receiving a response stating a shipment would be going out the end of October, I still not receive anything. I was then charged again in November for $174 letting them know I had confirmation of cancelled subscription and was still charged and again still no product for getting charged. I again asked for confirmation of cancelled membership. I emailed again 12/8 asking them to refund me for the charge and cancel membership. I received a email 12./14 asking if I wanted to pause my membership which I told them no and conformed 12/19 I want the account cancelled as I never received any shipments and been asking for cancelled account. On 4/22 I received notification from my bank for an attempted charge for $185 (more than the other two charges). I reported the charge as fraud and requested my bank account be closed as this has been asked numerous times of this company and they are horrible at responding and actually providing product for the services they are charging for. This company also runs their purchases under two different names.

They advertise a wine club and then promise to ship wines. They bill you for the wine club ($350 each time) but never ship the wine. They have billed me twice for wines that were never delivered. They do not return phone calls, emails, or text messages. A review of their Yelp and Google reviews indicates they do this repeatedly.
