Ordered a happy napper $19.99 from this site on december 16th 2020 and never received...emailed them a few times but no answer! Scammers!

So on December 18th I ordered the unicorn happy napper for $19.99 I got an order number but still have not received my package I have sent an email since they have no phone number to contact them and still have not heard from the company then they took $15.78 out of my bank then another 2 dollars and that didn't total the 19.99 that I paid so they got my money and never got my happy napper that was a Christmas gift for my daughter
