Perdí mi tarjeta de crédito compraron con la tarjeta en la tienda de T-Mobile en esa dirección y hice un reclamo en Bank of America y no me ayudan por que no hice reclamo rápido yo no me di cuenta porque tengo muchas tarjetas de crédito no me di cuenta. Al mismo instante y según tengo que pagar ese dinero

Reporte de inmediatamente no me di cuenta porque son muchas tarjetas de crédito que tengo y por eso quiere el Bank of America que yo responda a esa deuda y no es justo yo ni tengo teléfono con esa compañía telefónica quiero ayuda por favor

I went into the T mobile store to ask about how to unblock some phone numbers . "Manny", the sales person told me he did not know how to do that and that I would have to get a new phone.

Bu the time I left the store, I had over $800 worth of merchandise that "Manny" said I needed. I am a senior citizen and technically challenged. I trusted him and he took advantage of my lack of knowledge.

I would like to alert people like me to be very cautious of the Tmobile sales techniques. I returned all the equipment. I was also charged for a part , and shipping,that was never ordered.

The Manager, Dan , apologized to me and gave me his cell number,however he never answered my calls or text. I was told by Evis Ramos that I expected a refund, but she told me that money had been used to pay outstanding bills. I never received any bills. Thank you

I set up a future payment date and amout and they bill me what ever they want when ever they want and have no apologies or resolution for it , then they keep billing the same amount multiple times with no apologies or resolution for it . They will take whatever you owe when wver they want and have no resolution for this absolutely liers and creating hardships for ever customer! Completely unethical behavior and billing with absolutely no resolution absolutely despicable business practices

T-mobile has a 4 digit number they text you from your phone. And this was a scammer trying to impersonate t mobile for free gift cards

I was contacted on my cell phone. The man said I am with----,Your cell phone provider. I was informed that I was eligible for a "free" tablet. I asked what made me eligible. He said I checked your account. He said he was from a store in a city that I have not been in. The caller ID was not from a company phone, but a cell phone. The exchange is NOT one for that particular company. Any time I have received calls previously from my provider it is from a a land line at the store or customer service office. This did not line up. He then said there would be charge of $24.95 for "tax" on my "free" Item. If I would give my credit card number he would mail that out! I said No thank you. I will go to my local store and pick it up there. When I called customer service I was told there is no where on my account info that I am eligible for FREE equipment. And that they do not contact customers asking for credit card info. The mans name is Chris. His phone number is 409-313-4557. Customer service said file a police report. PD said file a complaint with FCC since I did not lose money. I called the store in the city where the man said he works. There is someone by that name there. But that is the only thing that adds up. BE AWARE! Do not give payment info or any personal info to someone you do not know. Check out the deal with customer service or call the store yourself.
