Tmobile has changed my mobile id multiple times. The have disabked my online access. They deleted my tmobile app and only gave me a tmobile Tuesday access. They change my go 5g plan to magenta but charging mr more money. They disconnected the service on my watches to use the phone number to lock me out. Yet im paying for service. I cant view a bill or nothing becaise it says im not the primary account holder. It says limited access but I HAVE NONE. THEY HAVE BLOCKED MY PHONES. Created multiple accounts in my name as i log into my original account it says log into my other account. They have me in a financial agreement i never committed to. The keep adding fees onto my bill for year's. I can elaborate more when u reach out. When i log in t say hi tobile not Latrice. I was told i dont need to access my account and i could make a payment as a guest.

I have T mobile service since 9/9/21. Then they started offering interest service but not at my location. So they will notify when service is in my area. Time to time when making payments at store I was told after checking my address out I was told yes. Anyways signed up made payment for new service start up Late in the year internet was losing connection so trouble shooted using app. chat and phone. Brought box in and t Mobile reset box Still having issues but take back box later on The manager at the store is going to cancel current Internet service and start me up with a new account plus she is giving me the offer advertised at 40 dollars a month till promotions over. That didn't happen instead even after going on over the phone with rep said nothing can be done cause manger didn't make notes but settle for tiny accommodation. I chat with them on 10/17/24 just to learn that when I sign up in person after checking out my address to see if there's service. I didn't get anywhere with rep so spoke to supervisor who told me that my location is Seattle. .I was lied to when I started service and want to be reimbursed what I have into using there internet service.
