offered great deals on t-shirts. charged my card, sent false tracking info from another fake site they use (track718.us). Package was marked as delivered. Nothing was ever sent. Checking usps tracking shows that only a label was ever created, no package was sent. They then offered a partial refund, when I refused they offered slightly more, but never 100%. Visa will not charge back as the merchant has offered something. Visa is complicit in this..
