Person in question are a couple posing as an animal rescue; they receive donations and coordinate getting animals to their place. Then sell them for an additional profit . They each have business cards saying 'Reptile handler and Rescue'. Misleading and not business license likely. The couple share this information freely and frequently discuss their sick animals. There are likely videos of said animal abuse.
