I filled out a survey about my health and then paid $20 for a download of 6 special kits to help me improve my health. I paid the money and never received the download link. I attempted to contact Tack180.com for my link, but received nothing in return. The website is operated by a Dr. Myles Spar, MD. I believe he is out of California.
