Received a message on Facebook messenger saying that I could get an incentive from Taco Bell if I paid money I would get 5 times the money back. False after looking at others reports I received the same thing. I also received Bible verses from her or him stating that they are a god feared Christian but they are trying to cheat me out of my money

They almost got me too but I found this thread first. I was suspicious when the chat wasn’t responding right, they were hyper focused on getting my info, incorrect grammar like someone that doesn’t speak English, and giving vague answers about the process. Thank you everyone

I was contacted the same way, the person was claiming to be from the Taco Bell corporate office and I lost 500 dollars money that I paid to supposedly get 5600 that’s is a lied. Then they ask me to send and extra 150 to pay for the taxes for them to be able to send me the money. I ask for a refund and they refused the sad part is that I felt right into their trap, they had videos of happy winners and their post, this is really bad they are using the Taco Bell company as their cover and poor and hard working people are falling for it I lost half of my rent money, people please don’t fall for this is totally BS.

Someone sent me a message supposedly offering money. To give them my PayPal information. They will double the money if I send them certain amount. I just blocked it.

I was caught up in this. I’ve paid over $700 in money and gift cards to receive $3500. Originally it was to be $1500 but I had to pay the $200 upgrade fee when it wasn’t available anymore. I hate to say I was this naive but I was. I’ve lost all the money. They refuse to give me my refund even after I’ve asked numerous times they just want more gift cards. She even sent me a picture of her id. So beware.

I had the same thing happen to me, and they robbed $1400 I am so upset. They told me they were a Taco Bell agent, and Taco bell was running a deal where you can contribute money or stock for the Bitcoin to get your money plus flip back. They lied and said I would get $10,500, and when it came time to get the money, they said I had to be $1050 more for taxes. It did not go through, so they wanted me to break up the payment. I found it strange they were ging me different weird names to send the taxes to. I only sent $400 more, but it was strange, so I called Taco bell and was informed this sis a scam. I told the person I would report them and give back my money, and they blocked me and stopped responding. I got nothing in the end, and they robbed me. Cashapp told me they have to investigate, and now I am still out of these funds. Beware of this scam they threatened to hack my account. They were asking for my driver's license but thank God I did not give it to them. They wanted me to send money to the following accounts so beware of those who might be involved in this scam: $dprimavera20 under Dolores Primavera, Ivy Hartman under email [email protected], and Alvino Escobedo email [email protected]. I wish I had researched this more before I sent any money these people are very convincing. Dont fall for this trap.

I was contacted by supposably a taco bell member. Who talked me into investing my $400.00 for a large investment of $6,000 I believe I still haveessages from the contactor and the lady who claimed to be the CEO of the business. I sent them $400 over cash app. When I realized it was a scam I mentioned a refund only to be blocked and my Facebook acct hacked my personal accts added the name tyonna Johnson to the personal info.

I was tagged in a Fb post asking for girls name that began with a T. Then I received a private message saying if I paid 100$, Taco Bell who would give me back 1200$. She was very pushy about me adding numerous apps to send my money asap so I could get my money. She was adamant it wasn’t a scam and sent me screenshots and videos of “ happy winners” who got their money. Silly me attempted it and for some reason- my transfer failed. I was asked to try other cash apps. The first fail was my sign that I was being dumb and backed out. She was non stop messaging me to send money to random people on different apps. Yikes!

I have screwed myself out of 425 thinking I was going to get something. But they come back with another reason why i cant get my money. They wont return my money. This is awful

I saw a challenge to point out a different number then all the other numbers. I saw the number and they said to message them. I messaged this girl named Kim Stanley. She said I could pay her $200.00 to get $2600. I paid get the $200.00 then she said I had to another offer of $200.00 to get $4600. I paid her another $200.00 then she said I would have to pay a $460 stamp fee to get the $4600 back. I didn't want to pay the $460.00 and told the bank about it. I tried to ask for the money back and they wouldn't give it to me. They are going to talk to my corporate bank and try to file a dispute.

Remember: if someone offers you free money, they're lying.

It appears there's a scam going around (probably mostly automated) where compromised Facebook accounts are being used to post "challenges" (basically just finding an easy to spot number, stuff like that) claiming the first X number of people to do it will get some sum of money as a prize. They then do the scam equivalent of "well actually" and send a very dubious looking chart and claim Taco Bell is doing some initiated with the World Health Organization and the tldr is you send a couple hundred dollars and they send a couple thousand back.

They compromise accounts, then use the compromised accounts to push something that is very obviously BS to timelines of friends of the account (or, might just be fabricating the account entirely and friending people randomly, dunno.)

I actually fell for it and lost $400.00

They are trying to get me to pay money to receive a lump sum of money. I do not believe the girl in the ID is actually doing this I believe she was probably hacked but I don't know.

Someone reached out to me on Facebook and stated they had received a large sum of money if on the CashApp if I sent a certain sum it would send back approximately 10 times the amount. So happy that I am not foolish enough to fall for such nastiness at the time of the holiday season. I detest these individuals.
Scam for sure Taco Bell initiative with W.H.O..

I’ve been getting victimized on Facebook lately from multiple different scammers. I noticed that these people tend to attack private facebooks. I never gave any information but I’m just annoyed that the scams don’t stop.
