I went to the location and was able to talk to someone about it. This was approx 50 minutes after our initial order. The person said they were "backed up" because they only had 1 person working and 2 trainees and it would be a "hot minute" before I received my order. I asked to cancel the order and get a refund. The manager said they could cancel the order but would not be able to refund it since it was a "third party" system that processed the payment. I stated that was unacceptable and we had waiting over an hour at this point. They agreed to make the order and I had it within 10 minutes. When I looked at the order, It was missing the main entrées and items were added to our order which made us have to throw out the 2 burritos. I know its my fault for not checking what was it the bag when I left the location, but I would have expected everything to be there.

1 Beefy 5-Layer Burrito - Received, but items to be removed, were on there, and made the item uneatable due to Lactose Intolerance and reactions to tomatoes. Item was not grilled

We normally order online so we can confirm the tomatoes and sour cream are removed from the order.
I think it's funny that they were able to take my order, but unable to refund it. It was scam and now we are out money for goods never provided.
