January 15, 2023, received an email from [email protected] named Jennifer Dixon on email with a DATA ENTRY CLERK position offering 35.00 an hour and stated there was a schedule available for an interview with Vereco Healthcare Solutions 1/16/2024 @1pm. It asked me to set up an account with RING Central. The interview was an interview questionnaire on a web forum. Then I received an offer letter with a lot of typing errors which made it suspicious. They only spoke thru Ring Central after first email from [email protected] named Jennifer Dixon on email. They asked for information today January 18,2024 and I asked for a zoom call.

Sorry it wouldn’t let me complete the form without putting a phone number in. The scammer didn’t have a phone number in the email, so the number I put in was 123-456-7891 as a placeholder. Here is the email I received from them, and please note: I cannot find the job listing for this “application” and the email used does not match the name they used.

Job offer from a LinkedIn submission came emailed to my email address on the resume. The connection sent a link to me that said after thorough review of my resume they want to offer me the job. I must complete steps by Jan 8 after signing an offer of employment and then jumped through hoops but they would send me money to start up my remote office. They sent a paper check I was to print out sign and electronically deposit in my bank and then would receive instruction on what to buy. Meanwhile it’s a scam

Very similar to the other example here, I got an email from a Risa Hawkins claiming that they chose my resume for a remote data entry position, and that I needed to confirm for an email tomorrow (10/18/2023). I did not respond, but later got another email from RingCentral to confirm for an interview. I checked and there were absolutely no jobs listed from either the email's server or Valley Medical Center, and I don't know how they would have gotten my resume.

Wow I got the same email

The email was sent from [email protected] with a reply-to [email protected]. for a data entry clerk. The interview date they provide as available is immediately the next day between 10-4. I've attached the email for an exact quote of the scam for everyone to see.

Contacted me, saying they saw my resume on Linked In and wanted to setup a interview, Used the email address [email protected]

said they were ****** Anderson of Crothall Healthcare , Senior Recruiter,

She posed as Sharon Malia. Reached out to me directly via email. Took me through a very fast hiring process without once talking to me on the phone or zoom call. I filled out an "application" with my phone number address on it. And they sent me a fake check, which I verified with the bank that it was fraudulent. I also did some research on linkedin to find Aura Biosciences and the whole profile looked like a scam.

Did two rounds of fake interviews in writing. Then was hired and sent a $4,000 check for work from home materials. The check had a different company name on it.

They reached out to me via email to schedule an interview. I did not apply for this job. The interview was a survey and they offered me a job the next day.
