Bought this with the understanding that it was returnable. I looked at return policy on website and contacted them within 30 days. They kept brushing me off and the latest email stated the company offers no returns (not on website). Product is very cheap ugly version of original picture.

My wife ordered me 3 items for Christmas the website said her card was declined she thought that was weird so chose a different card and it processed through just fine. Then she received two confirmations saying both orders had processed and her bank was charged twice for it on the separate accounts. Afterwards only one item of the 3 items came in the mail but it came in twice for both orders one of which was cancelled but they never cancelled it or returned the money. Now that we still have received the other items we attempted to have it cancelled and refunded and they sent a message saying no refunds after 30 days on returns. This isn't a return we never received our product and they are denying us our money back

I placed an order on the 5th of December for a jacket for my Son for Christmas from Tactical Deer website. Received notification of shipment on December 7th stating the order was on the way. Tried to track the package and the tracking # is not registered. Tried to call the contact phone # & it is not a valid #. The address listed as the Warehouse/Corporate Headquarters in Champaign, IL is a private residence! This is obviously a scam. I hope I can get my money back from my bank. My Son keeps asking me if the jacket is in yet. What a joke!

I have not received a product that I ordered more than 20 days ago. Was initially told upon the order that takes 2-3 days to process. The support person via email later stated when I inquired that it could take up to 14 days to print and prepare for shipping and then another 10-17 days to deliver. Nowhere in the world does it take that long to ship for a basic retail order. I am convinced that the company is a scam based on so many others with a similar experience. Either not receiving the order or not receiving a refund based on poor quality of product.

I ordered an item for Christmas from this "family owned" business. They credited my credit card and I have yet to receive the item. Their phone number is non-working and a company name attached to theirs on my credit card account, Buffeagle, is on the scam list out of Canada.

Received notice on Instragram clicked to order. Elaborate website, placed order for several items, Amex was charged $165. immediately, never received email conf. of order. 2 weeks later checked website, says "order in process" but nothing else. 877-555-9300 # on website constant busy signal and hang ups. Cell # listed as merchant on Amex says belongs to a "John ?? Green" no reply. Address listed in a single family home listed for rent and multiple comments on FB and insta relate similar experiences.

Bought a hoodie on Nov. 26. Received purchase verification from them and card was charged same day. Received an email that shipment on way on Dec 6.

Tracking order is "not registered", phone number is out of service and no one is returning my email to support.

I am out the money. Total SCAM!!!

I ordered a jacket online for over $50. I haven’t received it and when I researched the company it came back that they sell you something online and send you nothing or knock-off. When I received nothing I emailed them and they told me they tried to deliver it there were “security concerns”. I order online all the time and have never had an issue with this. I asked them to refund my money and they won’t respond to my emails and their phone number doesn’t work.

I order a jacket on Nov 2 and never received it. I reached out multiple time and they had told me it shipped when it has not. Their customer service is awful and they don't answer emails. I should never have order from this place.

Ordered a product from this company a week ago and it still hasn't shipped. I found a site with reviews for this company and saw that a lot of people are dealing with this same issue, some have been waiting for more than a month. When you email them you just get an automated BS response. They just take our money and dont send the merchandise, and according to some reviews even when merchandise was sent its not what they ordered for example: wrong size, wrong color, wrong style. And it's all cheap stuff from China not resembling anything on their website.
