We received in the mail an offer for a free item with a $70 value. I wasn't worried because this was from a company we buy from regularly. Obviously, it was a counterfeit mailing. Unfortunately, I don't remember the company. We received a car video camera. I called the company Tactical Essential. The reason, I wanted to know if there was a monthly fee for the service. She avoided answering the question. Finally, I said, then I want a refund. The woman sounded oriental, you could hear chickens in the background. She said she was working from home. She said she would give me the refund full cost, $79.95. Problem solved, I thought. I asked what do I do with the camera. She said to keep it. I threw it away.

Yesterday, March 31, 2021, we were charged 79.95. This reminded me of the refund. Then found out we didn't receive a refund only the money was deleted, then recharged. My husband called, asked about a refund. Sounded like the same woman I talked to. She said our conversations are recorded, but didn't produce them. She offered a refund for 35.95. I begged him not to take the deal. He did. I was angry. She said she would give the refund immediately. No refund. My husband asked for a confirmation number, which I am sure are fake. From the beginning about 8 weeks ago.
