Email said they were giving away free tactical back packs. I placed the order and covered S&H for $5.74. Two days later a charge for $67.32 appears on my CC. I called the card processing company which is a 3rd party and they said I had 48 hrs to return the back pack or the company Tactical SD sold me a subscription to their "company". Doing a whois search on the URL disclosed the company is Patriot Brands, LLC from Rincon PR. The address on the email is a virtual office located in Cheyenne WY.
