Totally wrong sized rings- NO RESPONSE FROM BUSINESS
They were a 30th present and meant a lot, but after 2 months of emailing, facebook messages, and instagram messages, I am still yet to get a hold of anyone to respond to me. I’m gutted. I can’t even wear them on my thumb they are THAT big. Absolutely appalling customer service. Shop elsewhere.

FAKE ONLINE STORE / SCAMMED OUT OF $95.45
On their web page, there is a Facebook link that I clicked on. The Facebook page does not advertise any of the items I ordered; in fact, it advertises itself as a shop for “Office Supplies” while the website advertises workout leggings (Pic 3 & 4). I also noticed the website I ordered from has a different web address and email (www.tada-mia.com & [email protected]) (Pic 5) than the info provided on the Facebook page (https://tadamia.shop/ & [email protected]) (Pic 6). Not only are the web addresses and emails different, but when I click on that link to the web page shown on the Facebook page, the web page doesn’t even exist (Pic 7) Also important to note, the last post on that Facebook page was from December 14, 2020, proving that the Facebook page is pretty much inactive (Pic 8).
Since I couldn’t get ahold of an actual human, I sent the shop a message via Facebook Messenger. I actually got a response. Someone actually did respond and said there was a “system error”. Other than them saying they were going to check on my order and make sure it was sent, they have not responded to or even looked at anymore of my messages, nor have they shipped my order (Pick 9).
All these issues led me to further research, in which I found a fraud alert from someone else who had placed an order on that site and never received it (Pic 10)
In addition to the Facebook link, there is also an Instagram link on the site. When I clicked that link I was taken to an Instagram page with only 7 posts; none of which have anything to do with the products featured on the website (Pic 11).
As of now, it's 2 days shy of a month since I placed the order, still no product and still no response. Attached are all the screenshots from their web page, FB, Instagram.
Total money lost $20.55
