Scammed

I saw an ad for them on Facebook and bought a couple of dresses and some boots. Weeks went by, then a month hit and I still hadn't received an email stating that it has shipped yet, so I decided to email them as ask about it, which I ended up doing multiple times, and they would tell me that it's in the process of being manufactured. This went on several times and I would keep asking for refunds and they kept telling me to be patient. Eventually they just stopped responding to my emails. I lost close to $100 and my bank was no help either. I just hope that no one else has to go through this, and it would be great if these people would somehow be held responsible for what they've done to us and of course would be nice if we could all get our money back as well.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

I originally found them through an ad on instagram. They are an online store that sells clothes. I purchased a dress on June 15, 2022 and their estimated arrival date was a month. Near the end of July, I did not receive it yet and the status still said "awaiting shipment". So I contacted them via email at [email protected]. They gave a bunch of excuses why it's delayed, that the dress wasn't manufactured yet, and that I should just be patient. I asked for a refund 3 in three separate emails and their only response was that I should continue waiting. It hasn't been manufactured or shipped, why can't I get my refund? It's August 9 today and the status is still "awaiting shipment" and they have gone radio silent on me. I had to go through my bank to file a claim to get my money back. I tried leaving a review but they only allow those that have received an item from them in order to leave a review. It's a complete scam. Don't purchase anything here. After doing some digging, their website URL and name seems to change frequently. It is currently ESLEATE when it used to be SASKDDLA. Their payment sends you to another website owned by another company. Branslet is yet another company they use to reply emails with. I learned the hard way that if company names aren't consistent throughout shopping, purchasing, and contact list then it's most likely a scam. Don't fall for it like I did. Luckily I didn't spend much and was able to get it back through my bank.
