Purchased shoes from Tafola website. No shipping info says might ship from 5-20 days. Instantly started searching online for reviews and found all bad reviews with no one getting the correct products or able to get a refund.

I placed an order for Outdoor Trail Men's Sports Shoes on 4/27/19. I finally received the tracking information on 5/6/19. When the order arrived on 5/22/19 it wasn't the shoes I ordered they were SpeedCross3 Racing shoes. I immediately contacted them letting them know I received the wrong shoes and that I would like to return them and get a refund, they replied ....

Since the return shipping fee is really high for returning item and normally customers have to afford this sum of money.
Could you please keep it and receive a $8 gift card as compensation ?
You can sell the not fitting item to someone who fits if u don't want the order .

When I contacted them for the 2nd time asking for a refund they sent the same reply. Guess I will be contacting PayPal and my bank to file a claim.

I made a purchase after viewing their website having the impression I would receive a tracking number via email shortly after the purchase. I never received one and after 2 weeks had gone by and numerous attempts at contacting them via email, I would only receive an automated response back each time stating I would receive a tracking number shortly, which never happened.
I contacted them several more times demanding a refund and kept receiving the same automated response back about receiving a tracking number shortly. Needless to say, I used PayPal for the purchase and filed a claim and am currently awaiting my full refund.
