We paid for parking for 2 hours. We scanned the QR code for payment and received confirmation of receipt. Returned in half the time and had a boot on our vehicle that could only be removed with $125, in addition to the $22 paid initially. We saw a police officer who said it was a private matter, but ran into another gentleman who had the same issue. We’re putting a stop payment on our card through the bank. We texted and emailed numbers and proof as advised, but despite being told we’d hear back in 10minutes, we did not. The other gentleman had been waiting for 1.5 hours without contact. The only way to get the boot off our tire was to pay $125 unjustly.
