On 10/11, an add for a screen extender showed up on my Facebook newsfeed. I read some reviews, clicked on the item, purchased the item for $39.99. Soon after placing the order, I received a confirmation email for my purchase, which outlined the item I'd purchased, an order number, my billing address, shipping address, and the payment method I'd used for the order. On 10/16, I received an email that a shipment was on the way for my purchase. When I tried to follow the email link to receive shipping updates, it let me know that the item hadn't been scanned into the system yet (which is what I've seen before for some packages being delivered through DHL services). When I still wasn't able to receive updates for my package, I reached out to them through their "contact me" page. However, when there was no reply to that message, I sent an email to them on 10/28 asking for an update. On 10/30, I received an update from them noting the following: ------- Hello, Thank you your email. Your order (Order#7067) has already been fulfilled by our team and the shipment is on its way. We are unable to provide for a Tracking Number because it was shipped via: DHL - Non Tracked service. Please rest assured that your order is on its way, and surely you will receive we would like to provide you with the following details: Order Shipment Information: Order Number: #7067 Estimated Arrival: Nov 14, 2023 Lastest Arrival Date: Nov 20, 2023 If you have any questions about your order, its status, or if you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Support team at [email protected]. Our dedicated team is here to assist you promptly. Thank you for choosing Taggyp. We value your trust in us and look forward to serving you again in the future. This is not acceptable. If you can't provide an update on this purchase, then I will need to report this transaction to the Better Business Bureau. I hope to hear from you soon regarding this purchase! All the best, KH ------- Today (11/27) when I went to click on the link for their site, none of their links are working.
