I ordered a frame for a painting. They shipped it a few days later. It was confirmed delivered to a different address in my state but nowhere near me. The tracker said someone had picked up my item. I messaged the seller and he (Harrel Levy) told me to disregard the shipping / tracking messages and they don’t sell just frames and I needed to pick something to go in my frame. So I’m out money, no frame, and they want me to spend more money to get the frame I paid for. I left a nasty review of their service /store on Etsy.
