They started by saying they needed a payment to start assisting me with getting my GED diploma. On the day of testing they then asked for more money to help further the process in getting my diploma. They kept assuring me that I would get my money back. They would tell me in order for me to get my money back I needed to pay for the software that was used to be undetectable since they were taking my exams for me. Again they kept reassuring me that once they removed the software from my computer that I would get my money back. During the process of completing my exams they kept telling me that I would lose all my money if I didn’t comply and that computer would be destroyed if I didn’t get these software they needed. Once all my exams were completed they wouldn’t return all of my money because they required more money to remove all the “plug-ins”. They would tell me my money is with their bank and that the bank wouldn’t release my money because I wouldn’t pay them money to return the “plug-ins”. The longer their bank held onto my money was now starting to accrue interest because I refused to pay them anymore money. They used this software called remote pc which only allowed for a 7 day trial. This whole process they made me use 3 different emails to access this free trial. This whole experience has been extremely traumatic and frustrating. They were using WhatsApp and Skype to communicate with me. I removed all apps and deleted these accounts but they have found other ways to reach out to me. I know I will never get my money back but I hope this will close down their operations.
