On May 7, I ordered $40.89 worth of merchandise from this business advertising as Talbots. Then on May 23rd, I emailed them to say that I had not received my order yet. They sent several emails stating that my package had problems with customs. Then, they said check with my neighbors to see if it was delivered to the wrong address. They offered to resend or refund. I told them to resend. They said it would arrive in 7-15 days.

It has been 21 days as of today.
