Scammer claimed to be Talbots outlet with 90% discounts (end of year). I purchased a pair of shoes that are actual Talbot shoes. Other clothing on their site were items sold by Talbots so it was easy to get duped. After filling out my name, address, email address and credit card number I received an email confirming my order for the shoes. There was a tracking number but it wasn't an ordinary tracking and I was unable to track my purchase and had no approximate date that I'd receive the shoes. I emailed them asking for them to send me a true tracking number and I did not receive any response from them. Then came across an article talking about this Talbots 90% off scam. We put in a dispute for the amount on our credit card. Others should be warned about them. Their name that was listed on our credit card charge is ELMAMODE. Emails they said I could contact them at are: [email protected]; [email protected]; [email protected]. I hope this helps you find these scammers.
