I ordered a dress from Tallusue after seeing an ad they posted on Instagram. I thought if a social media platform had an ad, they would not be advertising for scammers. I was informed that my order would be shipped with 3-7 days. 12 days later I still received nothing and was never given a shipping or tracking number. I emailed the company for more information. The emails that responded were never consistent. I was told that my order was "halfway done being made in the factory" and that it would be marked as "priority and rushed". 7 days later I still heard nothing and emailed back. Their correspondance to my first email took 3-4 days and to my second email it took another 3 days. The email responding to me signs off as "Raven" but the email it is being sent from is clearly a person email address and has no aligning information nor can it be sourced to anything based on google searches. I looked into this more and many people have reported this as a scam. Their instagram page is full of comments saying "I never got my order", "Nobody will contact me", "They took my money", and in the few cases where something was sent "it was scrap material and nothing like what I ordered and a fake delivery". In the most recent email I received they tried blaming Covid-19 for the delays with fake excuses of the post man lagging because he "was wiping everything down". I have received 15 other order that I made after I purchased this item and from 15 other websites. It is clear these are just excuses and this is a scam. The company will keep telling you to be patient and never send anything. Beware of this company.
