Received a call that my son requested SAT aids. Stated his name was Liam Grove. He had my cell number and son's information which included address. My son had met with his counselor a week prior about colleges so everything sounded legit. The number that called me caller ID said it was from the town his high school was in. Stated they needed a credit card on file in case the material was not return in the 30 day trial. Charge originally listed as pending like communicated but three days later the $250 charge hit my account. I called the number given to me and it went to voice-mail.

The caller knew my name, my son's name, and my home address. She offered SAT prep CD's with online tutoring. Requested $249.95 to receive the disks, and the amount would be refunded if returned within 30 days. I tried to call the contact number ("Liam Grove", 888-602-3287), but it went to a voicemail. No response to messages I left, and no one ever answered the calls. I cannot return them if no one answers.

Said she would call back to get updated card info. She called back, but I didn't answer. Then I saw the charge had gone through afterall. I tried to call the contact number ("Tammy Green", 888-602-3287), but it went to a private voicemail. No response to messages I left, and no one ever answered the calls.
