My sister in law bought me a set of Taotronics SoundLiberty94 earbuds from this company for Christmas 2022 and they showed up DOA. The left earbud doesnt power up at all. The right earbud doesnt even register on my phone as a bluetooth device. These earbuds have never worked and this company promised to send me a new set and then started ghosting me when i attempted to email them several times with an update. One of their emails was in all chinese and i translated it to see what it said and it was an assurance that they were going to send me replacement product. They took all of my information and who knows now what they did with it after i gave it to them. they did not ask for money, i wouldnt have given them any regardless.
