Tapather was advertised on facebook as making custom sweatshirts. I ordered, paid and received confirmation of order. After two weeks, I reached out for a tracking number or order update, as I had not received anything further from the company. I got an email back three days later stating they were shipping that day. I received tracking information, but was never updated. It is now over 45 days and nothing has been received, emails have since gone unanswered and no refund was given.
