I bought over 400 dollars worth of product from tapestry galore. They never delivered and kept my money. I got emails from them confirming that they will deliver and the tapestry was on the way and even supplied me with a tracking number but they disappeared of the earth and I lost all my money

Bought something from them over a month ago.. sent email asking about my item they replied back after a week saying it was being shipped.. emaild them again a few weeks later never received a reply this place is a scam and needs to be shut down

I ordered a tapestry and some canvases on the website. 3 weeks later and I didn't receive anything, so I emailed customer support and they provided me with tracking information. Both tracking numbers said my package was delivered but I received nothing. They stopped responding to my emails regarding the issue and I am now out the money because I don't see any way I will ever get it back.

I received a Facebook advertisement from this company that currently offers a storewide 75% discount and a 75% discount on all tapestries. Entering the website, I found that no tapestries (including the ones pictured on the 75% offer) we're 75% off, even at checkout. I contacted the seller via the website contact and received an email stating only that they were a legitimate business (and no reference to the discount at question.) A second email got no response. I tried the phone number listed (several different times during listed hours) and the line disconnects immediately. The address is for a residential condominium. I do not know if this is an illegitimate business but I do sincerely question their integrity. I hope you can investigate further. Yours, Don Rockey
