On January 4, 2022, our business **** ***** ********** *** entered into an agreement with Rocket Moon Enterprises LLC, owned by Alfonso Tapia. Per the signed agreement, Rocket Moon collected $6,000 with a guaranteed payout of 350% by the end of year one. The money provided by the investor was to be used for nothing further than Crypto Currency. Rocket Moon at the end of the term was to make the last payment to the investor and the contract was to be closed. If the investor decided to cancel the contract at any point they would be given the full amount

of the initial investment, no matter what happened in the crypto market, Rocket Moon Enterprises LLC guaranteed the investor the full amount of initial

investment back contingent upon no profits being made at the end of the term. Rocket Moon did not keep its promise per Agreement, and went dark on all investors, which was later determined, Alfonso had used the funds raise for Real Estate Projects in Cabo San Lucas Mexico, which is a misappropriation of the duns used for investment in the Crypto Market.

Amount Invested: $6,000

1st Payout 50% = $3,000 4-04-22

2cnd payout 100% = $6,000 07-04-22

3rd payout 100% = $6,000 10-04-22

and 4th Payout 100% plus the original investment= $12,000 01-04-23
