I ordered a product from the company, but it wasn’t shipped until 3 months later. I wanted to return it, but the policy states no returns after 30 days from the date of PURCHASE. I emailed their customer support to remedy it and the email no longer existed.

Seen a bra ad on TikTok and placed an order through a link that was on the TikTok ad. Order was placed in January. I keep emailing the support email for refund since I have not received the bra and I get no response.

I saw this bra on social media and had seen reviews that claimed to be from real customers so I ordered it and it has been longer than the estimated shipping/delivery time by a lot. I contacted the support email on their website but it has been several business days and I have not heard anything back, so I believe this to be a scam.

The company website comes up on TikTok with lots of reviewers. The company does reply to emails. However they are very short and direct. Everything seemed very legit until I was tracking my package. It was a very not legit website and then it caused me to take a second look. Upon review and company saying it’s been on back order. I realize I was scammed. And a lot of others have been too.
