Victim received a voicemail from 833 822-0795, which she called back. The caller noted he was calling about a collaboration between Target and Spectrum where they were offering 50% off their bill for the next 3 years. All she had to do was purchase 2 pre-paid gift cards for $210.00 each. Once she had the cards she was to call 888 330-4466 and ask for Ted at ext. 714. She did NOT go out an purchase the cards; she called the BBB.
