I ordered two golf pitching sets . I received two foam golf balls. Total scam. It took 4 months to get the stupid balls and the rest never arrived!

I ordered 2 "Golf Pitching & Chipping Targets" from a vendor advertising their name as "Targie" on their website and advertisements. The pictures depicted on the website were like a cornhole-style game, but for golf practice. After two months, what finally arrived was 2 rubber golf balls from China - and that's it. I went back and forth with their "customer service" for days to no avail. They did not speak English well and would repeat the same information over and over in each e-mail claiming that what I ordered was in fact those two golf balls - even when I had the e-mail confirmations stating I ordered the pitching and chipping targets for a total of $54. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and it is currently under investigation. The charge came through Paypal - PAYPAL*ICONIVO.

I received the same thing after waiting two months and I ordered two of the golf games that were 50% off and they sent me two soft golf balls. I tried to tell them as well via email and they said that is all that I ordered. I said I would not pay $47.51for two foam balls. I tried to cancel through pay pal and they say to contact the seller which didn't work. Now I am going through my bank card and stopping payment the problem is the sellers name on the pay pal says Iconivo. Which does not match up with Targie... What a scam they probably changed their name due to so many complaints...
I will not order anything from Facebook again.

this is the confirmation email I got from this company.
But the only thing in the shipment was a foam golf ball. It had a customer service email but it does not receive my complaints. How do I resolve this. I thought Pay pal was a secure payment option.

Googled "Best fathers day presents" in June and this website came up Targie.net. The website has now been removed. I ordered a golf game for my husband and payed via paypal linked to my capital one card. I was charged $33.29 and when i received my paypal receipt in my email it stated Harlan CO., LIMITED was the name of the company.I will attach the email receipt so you have all of their information. I was given a tracking number and it moved all through China then stopped on 6/17 and never moved again. I have contacted them mulitple times and they keep giving me the same tracking # and not acknowledging my request for refund. I googled this company and found a lot more people have had this same issue. Please bring them down!!

I ordered the exact same thing for my husband for Fathers Day, don't be in a rush to get it. I received my "package" in the mail yesterday and it is just a small foam golf ball. I am so mad right now!
