I placed and order through Tarot Jewels back on April 8, 2022. This was for a necklace and I initially saw them advertised on Tik Tok. On April 11, 2022, a charge, in the amount of $18.82, processed on my account and was paid to a company called Luseta Jewels. I followed up with customer support via the email address [email protected] on the whereabouts on my order on April 19, 2022, and received a response, and was told my order was still in the process of being fulfilled and was preparing for "immediate shipment." To date, I have received no product and no shipping confirmation. Also, that email address is now deactivated, along with Tarot Jewel’s Instagram and Pinterest pages.

On May 10, 2022, a processed charge appeared on my same account in the amount of $15.95 to the company Luseta Jewels. This was an unauthorized charge. I have disputed said charge through my bank.

This company still has their Tik Tok account and website active. Also on their website, it says they have an actual physical store located at 123 Fake St., Toronto, Canada.

I have contacted them through their website and emailed, but all emails bounce back since they deactivated their support email address.

I saw an ad for Tarot Jewels on my social media that said they were having “buy 2 get 1 free deal.” I spent $32.85 on my purchase.

They proceeded to send me a “confirmation email” for my order & a “tracking number,” but I found out the tracking number is fake. I later reached out to them, & they sent me a new link to their website where I could “monitor its delivery,” but the link only led to the Shopify website, allowing me to buy or log into their website domain. This leads me to believe they stole my money & then deleted their website so I can’t access them at all.
