All of the email contacts seem to be legitimae, however not able to get any definitive resolutions. The websites lead to other websites and some are not legitimate; i.e, shoplieemail.com; FERAY-HELP <[email protected]>, Feray-Help <[email protected]>. The promise of full refund, however when attempt to obtain refund, you are given the runaround, and sadly PayPal does NOT REALLY DO A SUFFICIENT INVESTIGATION in order to resolve the issue. Company provides no phone contact number and obviously has no intention of refunding money. The seller-company claims to be in Los Angeles with warehouse =s in Los Angeles and somewhere in China and uses both to fill orders, however this information is not forthcoming and NOT given until after the order is placed. Although shipped from a Los Angeles CA address, PayPal requires return to a location in China at the buyers expense, and who PayPal paid is not the name of the company ordered from by the buyer.

I ordered from a Yahoo ad, and when I requested a copy of my actual online ordered placed by me, I've not been provided that information, the request has not been addressed; I really don't know who or what website the actual order was placed;

When I requested details of who PayPal paid, because the name which they paid to was NOT who I ordered from and NOT recognizable by me, I was told that information was confidential and could not be divulged to me.</[email protected]></[email protected]>

Stay away from this company, Tartepl !! Scam !! I saw the web ad for tartepl.com pop up on the windows edge home page. They advertise leather hand made shoes. I saw 2 pairs of shoe I liked so I ordered them. I did not receive and purchase order confirmation from this company. They took my credit info and never received any shoes. I should have known that this was a scam because the sellers location is 235 Fake St. , London, UK.
