I ordered a fireplace tv stand for $149.99 never got an email confirmation of my order or shipping date. Tired calling (571) 261-6717 says number is no longer in service, so tired emailing the [email protected] I get a email saying the email address is not a valid email. I don’t even see the payment transaction on my PayPal account but in my checking account. I called my bank & filed a Fraud complaint with my bank & do plan on pressing changes to the fullness. This company isn’t real & scamming people out our hard working money.

Do not purchase anything from these people. I bought a cat tree from them for 119.00 that was sold more expensively on Wayfair, thinking I was gettung a deal. You can only pay via PayPal so I thought that if they weren’t legitimate, PayPal would have shut them down. You get a PayPal receipt to a different name but nothing from Tarusoft. No confirm from company. When you write to the support email you get an error message in response that the email was undeliverable. A total scam. I filed a complaint on PayPal and will try to get the payment stopped on the credit card. May be too late.

I ordered a $ 150 desk from this company and tried to pay with a Visa debit card. The website would only allow me to pay by opening a PayPal account. My wife said she had done this when ordering online many times without any problems. So against my better judgement I clicked on payment by PayPal. I received a receipt of payment from PayPal but no order confirmation from Tarusoft. I received no response from the company when attempting to contact them by phone or email. I have not contacted PayPal as of yet for a refund, but will. Do not purchase anything from this company.

I have the same experience recently. No delivery information. No answers to calls and email bounces back. Paid 99 dollars for a coffee table. Tried to tell paypal it was fraudulent and they said it was not. I'm going to call pay pal now.

This is the same as Paticos, the 2 websites even look alike. BEWARE THEY BOTH ARE FAKE SCAM WEBSITES. HOW CAN PAY PAL ALLOW THIS. WE GOT SCAMMED FOR $150.00, we started to order something, then cancelled the order quickly, and next my wife new we had an email from pay pal saying our credit card was charged $155.00. What! we did NOT even put the order threw. FAKE SCAM ILLEGAL ACTIVITY

I ordered a storage cabinet from Tarusoft for $79.99 received a confirmation of order. I have not received any other correspondences from them regarding shipping. I have called their customer service number several times and it says call can not be completed as dialed. I have received no response to emails regarding the order. Upon further investigation this website company appears to be fraudulent. I have filed a fraud claim with PayPal to receive a refund. I also made PayPal aware that I have read reviews about Tarusoft and there have been others who have made PayPal aware of this fraudulent company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!

I GOT WHAT I ORDERED! I ordered a deck box at great price about 1 week ago and received confirmation email, but started getting concerned after no follow-up that it had shipped. I emailed [email protected], which says they'll answer 24/7, and tried calling twice a couple days later after not receiving a response to my email. The phone went to a message something about "Nobody is available at this text number." Next I researched scams online after finding this site figured I was scammed so I reported to PayPal. Literally 2 hours later the item arrived by FedEx., All that to say that while communication is lacking, I got what I ordered at a great price and in perfect condition. Incidentally, check out the picture below... the item shipped from Wayfair.

24/7 Support via Email: [email protected] - no one responds.

All their social media icons don't work and they have no Facebook page.
SCAM...beware! Too good to be true means stay away!

Believe to be a fake online furniture store. Confirmation order email was generic with no contact information and email numerous times yields no response. Phone number is not valid and call gets instantly rejected upon calling.
