Type of a scam Online Purchase

I was working on my smartphone when I got a pop-up.

Message - very similar to Google Customer survey Scam -

When I got my Replacement card I noticed the entry -

May 12, 2019 Foreign Currency Transactions TASGMT.COM 8003003029 39.99 USD @ 1.382345

4525***6483 -$55.28

I called my Bank and they said they will investigate and call me back next week - beginning May 20, 2019.
