On 6/28/24, my family was in search of a new dog. We found "tashleypuppypalace" through Facebook Market Place. Per several interactions, we unfortunately made the mistake of sending money through Zelle to secure a puppy that was supposed to be shipped. After paying $510.00 for puppy and delivery, the delivery company Latampet transportation service reached out to us saying they needed an additional $700.00 because the seller did not provide the proper carrier. We did not want to pay this and informed the transportation company we would come down to pick up the puppy. The transport company said to come to Columbus Airport, Terminal 1 and go to the latampet transportation desk. We drove 4 hours only to find out there was no such company at the airport. We attempted to contact seller however am now blocked via facebook market place. We attempted to contact the transportation company several times and it just goes to voicemail. Refund has been requested via Zelle
