This business claims to provide maid services, but repeatedly books cleaning services with no maid ever showing up. This has happened numerous times with the service providing bogus excuses each time, and refusing to provide refunds. After several complaints build up, they move to a new city. This happened in NYC, but it seems the same lady, Nichollette (Nikky) Roberson is behind these activities in at least Chicago and Dallas, operating under multiple names, including Maidly, Taskhop Services, and Nikki's Mobile Services.
