Ordered a pressure washer off of tatazaa.com. Over three weeks later and I still hadn't received the item. I contacted them via email ([email protected]) and received an email back that the order was unable to be fulfilled and I would receive a full refund within 7-21 days. It has been over 2 months and I still have yet to receive a refund or hear anything else back from the company. I will NEVER order through them again.

I was searching for a barbecue grill then one day google show me a few websites with good price.I opened " Tatazaa " and look the grill. I did not see anything wrong and I purchased that grill.I got an email with my order " Order #27709 was placed on 08/30/2018 and is currently Processing " . There is no phone to call.I sent a few emails and got an email saying " We have received your email and will be in touch within 24-72 business hours ".

So far I did not get any answers or grill or money back.

Please help.

They advertised the item I was looking for at half price, saying it ship out in 1-2 days. Two weeks later it hasn't shipped and they won't reply to any of emails.

I thought this was a legitimate shopping website, made a purchase, never received merchandise. Turns out, neither did many other people. It is a scam. They now have my credit card information as well as name and address. Very upsetting.
