I purchased an eyebrow pen that claimed to make three individual marks which resembled the natural eyebrow. I purchased the pen, for $30+shipping. When the product arrived and i began to use it, I was surprised that it only worked for two strokes, and then stopped working. I shook it, held it upside down, and nothing. I contacted the company, and they gave me a few suggestions on how to possibly get the pen working again, which failed. I contacted the company and I requested a refund. I was denied a refund and told that I could receive 40% of my money back. I complained that it’s their product, and they said on their website that they will refund your money, however, I was still denied a full refund, and they came back with an offer of 50% of my money back. I again was confused and demanded all of my money returned. And they ended communication with me. I’ve reached out a couple more times since then and have received zero communication. I have gone to their social media accounts, Instagram, and have left comments on their pages and pictures, trying to get their attention, and all they do is delete my comments so other customers cannot see that I have said their product is a scam. This is happened multiple times that I have had my comments deleted.

On November 22, 2018, I placed in order with Tatbrow.com. They gave an order number of 58770. The also sent me a bogus tracking number belonging to DHL.

I have emailed them numerous times, I have call the listed number and no one every answers the phone. The charge for the items was $45.64.

I would like a full refund. On the order form it states Shipping method 2-5 days USPS express. The bogus shipping number I got through email is saying shipment with DHL. This is a red flag right there. It's been over 2-5 days it now 13 days. Please track these people down.
