I purchased from Tatumer and experienced MANY issues. The merchandise looked like high quality from a reputable manufacturer at a too-good-to-be-true price. It does not appear they will deliver the merchandise once ordered and if forced (mine arrived 41 days after ordering) the merchandise bears little resemblance to that depicted in the adds - it is not Nordstrom, not cashmere but unbranded and poor quality. The return policy is actually a no return policy (must be returned in the UNOPENED delivery package within 30 days of ordering - mine arrived 41 days after the order). I would not have bought and worn what they sent at ANY price - it is a Goodwill donation now. There are many negative reviews about Tatumer on the web. It appears two other company names are now promoting the Tatumer content. They are Patsiny and Soucion. Since the merchandise has nearly identical earmarks to that offered by Tatumer with the same promotional material, it is likely they are the same merchant rebranded but with similar product delivery reputation and issues.
