I was looking for a Taurus 942 22 Magnum revolver. I sent an email via their support email address asking if they have the revolver in stock. The reply said yes they did. I also asked how soon it would ship? The answer came back , the day after confirmed payment. So I ordered the revolver. Payment was only through Zelle, which I have used in the past. When I asked them to confirm the payment was received, which typically only takes minutes to receive, the response was “we are waiting for the sales department to confirm”. I never received any confirmation. The payment was deducted from my account. But no confirmation. After I sent the payment, there have been no further responses. I became concerned and began to look for reviews on taurusgunbrokers.com. Sure enough many people have scammed. Now I’m out $354. I’ve filed a claim with my bank. But I have really no hope of recovering my money. So be aware. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.

Purchased a gun from Taurus Gun Brokers. Payment was to be made via Zelle & my Bank. Thought I was protected thru my Bank, but not for Zelle payments. Then a person saying they were from Sip My Gun e-mailed me requiring a large insurance payment to delivery my item to my FFL dealer refundable at time of delivery, also paid thru Zelle. At that point I realized I was scammed. Be Careful as I found 3 more sites for the same gun requiring the same payment.

Did you take legal action? Your bank was of no help? I just because a victim too.

I was looking to buy a Taurus pistol and found this website with prices just under what everyone else was offering so I put in our order everything look legit the website was large with advertisement and I received email confirming my order which also looks legit just like many others I have a place in the past! But when I went to pay for the product they asked to be paid through Zelle And being new to that and only have used it one time before I really didn’t know if that was a problem for a flag fortunately my bank flagged and held payment and after doing some research I found out that this website is a scam do not buy anything from them!! Red flags I now see during my correspondence was asking for their FFL and not getting it and asking for more pictures of the product and not receiving any!
