I ordered a Taurus 942 LR Revolver on their Website, they said it was in stock and being shipped and the only way I could pay for it was through Zelle which I did! Then I got calls from them that I had to pay for shipping insurance that the Government required, I had to make 5 additional payments that they said I would get back once the gun was delivered which I did! I was scammed out of $1,147 and never received the gun!
Never again!

I thought this was the legitimate website of the Taurus firearms company. The website has all their products listed with normal pricing. However, the scam became evident when you look a little closer. There is no real full business address listed on the website, and the company lists a gmail email address to send payment to that isn't in a business name. The website asks that you pay via Paypal and other money transfer companies such as Zella instead of more secure means such as a credit card. I have tried contacting the person named in the website as Sean Callahan to his gmail email account, [email protected] and to the website email that is listed as [email protected] but no replies. There is a phone number listed, 202-599-5251 but no one answers.
