My brother received a text this morning from a man named Jerry Pilman saying he owed the Tax Bureau $302.20 and that if he didn't pay they would put out a warrant for his arrest. They said he could pay using a credit card. Later that day, two men went to my son's house looking for my brother. They claimed to be with the tax bureau.
