I was left a voicemail stating it was imperative i contact them back on my past due taxes. I called the number they said to call 855 213 6427 and asked what this was about. They said my unpaid taxes which i told them i have none. They said i was flagged by the IRS and that is why they called. I know the IRS is not going to flag my name to a resolution company without contacting me first by mail. I tried to ask a couple questions and they say i will take you off the list and refuse to answer anything else. I called back numerous times and they do exactly the same thing. And, they don't take me off the list, as i get calls every week from them. It feels as if I'm being harassed and for no reason. If i owed taxes and was not paying them i could understand. But i own nothing. If you could please investigate this matter i would greatly appreciate it. Thank you for your time and have a wonderful rest of your week.
