I had a consultation with them in April they promised that they will help with all my issues with IRS. I paid a 3000 free for them to help me get on a payment plan eith IRS something I haven’t been able to do even tho it should be easy. It has now been 4 month and work on my case still hasn’t started! I keep being switched from one agent to the other as soon as I explain my case. And nothing after that. They ignore all calls and emails. I do not believe this is a legitimate business despite their good reviews. This is a scam that invests a lot in clearing up reviews (something that is easily done) they are not a legit business do not fall for this scam!
