I was informed that they help resolve tax problems, that wasn't the case. I had my obligation with IRS, I was paying monthly 400 dollars, tax Advocate informed me after I pay them 312.50 every two weeks for 6 months, I will only have to pay 3,600 back to IRS after they start receiving my money other request started, now they can eliminate my debit problem if I am eligible, that went on for some months, I was asked to present all my monthly expenses, I presented all my monthly cost, I was denied, Bryant informed me the reason I was denied if I could pay tax advocate then I can pay IRS, I never told Bryant that I couldn't pay IRS, I was on a monthly payment plan paying 400 a month, then after that ordeal, then I was told I will pay 50 dollar a month, months went on, I am emailing asking when will I start paying 50 dollars month, I'm really having concerns, still had concern, Bryant later on this November that he has a lawyer that is helping him look into me paying 50 dollars a month, ask me to sign the email they sent me, I sign the email and I was informed from Bryant that I will paying the IRS 375 dollars a month, I was very upset with him, I told Bryant that they are fraudulent, they took my money and nothing I was told was true. I wouldn't have taken my time ,energy and hard earn money paid someone over 3 thousands dollars to tell me that I have to pay IRS 25 dollars less than what I was paying before. I have learned a valuable lesson, whenever you have to come out of your pocket it is no good, everything free is no good.
